Funerals & End of Life Ceremonies

“Everyone has a story to tell. Everyone is a writer, some are written in the books and some are confined to hearts.” - Savi Sharma

An end of life ceremony is so important in honouring the deceased, as well as beginning the healing process for loved ones. If your loved one is not honoured and acknowledged in the ways that are most important to you, you will likely feel that something important has been left unfinished.

I want to help share your loved one’s story. Each one of us has a unique journey on this earth, and we all have an impact on so many lives. My well rounded ceremony will include the expression of loss, an opportunity to comfort those who are grieving, and the opportunity to celebrate and honor the person who has passed.

Each ceremony will be crafted through discussion with the family, in a manner that recognizes the needs of the individual who has passed. Through specifically chosen readings, music and rituals we will work together to truly individualize the ceremony. It can be as religious, spiritual, or non-religious as the family desires. I will present the ceremony text in advance to the family in order to ensure it fits your needs.

You have my promise to officiate with a warmth and respect worthy of your loved one. After the ceremony I will present a keepsake of the text to the family.
